Director of Group Benefits
Kathy has spent 18 years in employee benefits and has worked for large successful agencies like Frost Insurance Agency and SWBC. Through these years in different agencies, Kathy has learned that while there are many ways to sale and administer employee benefits, there is really only one way to build a lasting relationship with a business owner, that is by being reliable and consistent. She has determined it is key to deliver what you say you will deliver. Throughout the years working with owners, HR professionals, benefits administrators and employees Kathy has confidently discovered how ask questions to uncover the need and then is able to guide to the solution.
Born and raised in Texas, Kathy is happy to call San Antonio home and with an artistic 11-year-old daughter, life if less than dull. They are active volunteers within the community and their church. Kathy is on the board of the San Antonio Association of Health Underwriters and also volunteers with the National Association of Health Underwriters. In her free time, she can be found cooking, playing Words with Friends or reading personal growth, organizational, team building books and blogs. Her favorite time is spent sitting in the backyard, watching her pets play and listening to the birds while reading.
